These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on ChristianFaith.art (the "Site"), operated by Crazytops LLC, Denver, Colorado, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Other express checkout options shown at checkout (e.g., Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, where available)
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. We never store your full card details on our servers.
2. Currency
All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer determines the exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
3. When you are charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed, not when it ships. Because our products are made to order, this allows us to begin production promptly.
4. Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping & Handling policy).
5. Order confirmation
After completing checkout you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or content that violates our content guidelines — in which case you will be refunded in full.
6. Billing information accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If we are unable to verify or process your payment, we may contact you or cancel the order.
7. Cancellations & changes
Made-to-order items may be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@christianfaith.art. After 12 hours, orders may already be in production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds (see our Refund Policy) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
9. Chargebacks & disputes
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@christianfaith.art — we resolve nearly all issues within 1 business day, and it's much faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks filed for orders that were delivered as described may be contested with evidence including your approved design preview, delivery confirmation, and correspondence.
10. Statement descriptor
Charges from this store will appear on your bank or card statement as CHRISTIANFAITH.ART (or Crazytops LLC).
11. Promotional codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have expiration dates or usage limits.
