Every ChristianFaith.art product is made to order especially for you. Your total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Production time starts the business day after your order is placed (orders placed on weekends/holidays start the next business day). During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day), production may take 1–2 extra days — order early for holiday delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. We regularly run free-shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss them.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate in the carrier's system. Note: tracking may pause for 2–3 days while your package moves between carrier facilities — this is normal.
Multiple items
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you. Each package has its own tracking number.
Address changes
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships — email support@christianfaith.art immediately if you spot an error. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
Customs & import duties (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (US) or 10 business days (international), contact us at support@christianfaith.art. If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
