Refund policy

Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return Contact us at support@christianfaith.art with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items Custom or personalized products (e.g., items with custom engraved text) can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within [12] hours of purchase, before production/fulfillment begins. After that window, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
