Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Custom/engraved items may require additional processing time of 1–3 extra business days.

Shipping time Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after processing, depending on your location. International orders may take 10–25 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $99, if applicable.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and import duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@christianfaith.art and we will investigate with the carrier.
