Ordering & Personalization

How do I personalize my item? On the product page, click Customize & preview. You can type your text, upload your photos (up to 5 depending on the product), and drag them into place right on the product mockup. What you see in the preview is exactly what we'll make. Click Done, then add to cart.

Can I see a preview before you make my item? Yes — the live preview on the product page IS your proof. The design you arrange is saved with your order and our production team follows it exactly. If anything about your design looks unclear to us, we'll email you before production.

What photos work best? Clear, well-lit photos at least 500×500 px. PNG or JPG, up to 10MB each. Avoid heavily filtered or blurry images — what you upload is what gets printed.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because every item is made to order, you can change or cancel within 12 hours of purchase. Email support@christianfaith.art with your order number as soon as possible. After 12 hours your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take? Most items are handcrafted in 3–5 business days. Products made in our US facility ship faster — typically 1–3 business days. The exact timeline is shown on each product page.

How long is shipping?

  • United States: 5–7 days after dispatch (3–5 days for US-made items)
  • International: 7–15 days after dispatch

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry? Tracking can pause for 2–3 days while packages move between carrier facilities, especially during holidays. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Products

Are your T-shirts true to size? Yes — our tees are unisex and true to size. Check the size chart on each product page. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up one.

How do I care for my printed items? T-shirts: machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Mugs: dishwasher and microwave safe. LED lights and ornaments: wipe gently with a dry cloth, keep away from prolonged moisture.

Issues & Returns

My item arrived damaged or has a printing error. What now? We'll replace it free of charge — no need to send anything back. Email support@christianfaith.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Can I return a personalized item? Personalized items can't be resold, so we can't accept returns for reasons like a change of mind or a typo in text you entered. Please double-check spelling before ordering. If the error is ours — wrong item, wrong design, damage, or a print that doesn't match your approved preview — we'll replace it free or refund you in full.

How do refunds work? Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
